Jeoff Bryan
Jeoff Bryan brings over 20 years of experience managing federally funded infrastructure, recovery, and construction programs. Following Hurricane Katrina, Jeoff served as Program Management and Policy Advisor to the City of New Orleans’ Office of Recovery and Development Administration (ORDA), coordinating over 117 FEMA, HUD, SBA, and EDA-funded recovery projects.
He has led disaster recovery and construction initiatives across agencies and was a core contributor to the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Economic Development Administration (EDA) under the National Disaster Recovery Support framework. Jeoff’s experience spans federal interfacing, construction policy, and contractor coordination for mission-critical environments. Jeoff graduated from the University of New Orleans (UNO) with a Bachelor of Art in Political Science, and a Master of Art in Public Administration, Hazard Policy Specialization.
