An 8-year United States Air Force veteran, her service was distinguished by multiple commendations and the critical responsibility of managing accountability for more than 100,000 military personnel across CONUS and OCONUS operations—demonstrating exceptional precision, organizational discipline, and mission-first leadership.

Over the past 18 years, T Germaine has built a strong reputation as a recruitment leader and talent strategist, partnering with organizations across sectors to place high-impact professionals in roles spanning human resources, technology, program management, and executive leadership.
