Aldric Williams serves as Director of Business Development & IT Solutions at Lisscombe Solutions, where he leads digital strategy and supports the firm’s growth across construction, IT, and federal infrastructure initiatives. With over a decade of experience in web architecture, front-end development, and client delivery, Aldrick bridges technical execution with real-world business needs.

His past work includes building secure, scalable digital platforms for public sector clients such as the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and state Medicaid programs, with a focus on compliance, user accessibility, and stakeholder engagement. At Lisscombe, he contributes to both pre-award and post-award project support, including digital proposal portals, branding, and field-ready platforms that enhance subcontractor and client coordination.  Aldrick holds a background in Construction Engineering from Florida A&M University, giving him a unique lens into how digital systems support operational goals in construction environments. His combined technical and strategic insight helps drive innovation and client alignment across Lisscombe’s construction and IT portfolios.
