Jeff Shirley

Jeff began his career at Kraft Foods, where he spent 11 years in Foodservice Marketing, Brand  Marketing, and Digital Marketing. He joined Coca-Cola as the first Senior Director of Digital  Marketing for North America Brands in 2001. After leaving Coca-Cola, he joined Georgia  Pacific as the Director of Digital Marketing. Later on in his career, Jeff was named Director – Diversity Business Development for Georgia Pacific. Jeff is a former board member of the  Greater Women’s Business Council (GWBC) and the Multicultural Foodservice Hospitality  Alliance (MFHA). He is currently a Managing Partner with Brand Positioning Doctors, a brand  Marketing Firm whose clients include Coca-Cola, Nike and the Clinton Foundation to name a  few. They teach their clients the Art & Science of Branding and how to emotionally connect with Consumers, Customers & Government Contracting decision makers.   • Led the introduction of Oscar Mayer Lunchables FunPack which became a Billion Dollar  Brand. 
  • Pioneered the introduction to Kraft Dinner on Hand Program. 
  • Developed the strategic vision for Coca Cola’s online programming, leading to the Harry  Potter online promotion – the most successful promotion in company history at that time. Developed CRM Database for Georgia Pacific that exceeded goal by 80% during pilot  period.  
  • Implemented the Georgia Pacific entrepreneurship training program for minority and  women owned businesses. 

Jeff earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics from  Alabama A&M University and his MBA from Clark Atlanta University. He is a member of  Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity incorporated.
